"Isn’t it wonderful when someone over-delivers? Right from the moment I dealt with Kathi she has gone out of her way to provide me with exceptional customer service. "Kathi was terrific! That pretty much sums up my experience. But, here's some elaboration. I am a "newbie" at building a website. I just started my SBI site a few months ago. Once I realized it really was going to work—traffic growing, income growing, etc—I decided I needed a unique, professional website design.

I had two choices: I could spend who knows how much time learning how to design a look and feel (and it might still not be very good) or I could contract that out and keep focused on building my site content, links, etc. I chose the latter and am so glad I did. I'm especially glad I found Kathi. She specializes in SBI sites. I gave her some ideas and she did the rest. She went well beyond what I could have reasonably expected in making numerous alterations to the design until it was exactly the way I wanted it.

I got the impression Kathi would do whatever it took to make sure I was delighted in the design — and she certainly succeeded. I love it. Check out my site in 10 or 20 years and I think it will be the same design!

But that's not all. Kathi went well beyond designing and building a new Look and Feel — she also gave me lots of other free advice about my site.
